Bulgarian Golf and Skiing

Well, not quite, but at Country Golf Club and Spa Ibar you really could play golf in the morning and ski in the afternoon.


The resort has already won accolades for the quality of the golf course (by Nicklaus Design) plus the exceptional value for money and investment potential offered in Bulgaria. Now that work has started on the Super Borovets project, massively expanding the ski resort only 20 minutes away, the investment and rental potential is set to sky-rocket.


Let’s put this into context. Ibar brings you a private golf club, which can only be used by the owners of the Bulgaria property and their guests (renters). The Par 72 golf course is one of the first in Bulgaria, designed with quality and excellent golfing in mind.

To cap it all we will be about 10 minutes away from the Super Borovets area, once it is finished. Seeing the single largest investment in skiing in Bulgaria and funded by the Sultan of Oman, amongst others. Not only will this make the ski facilities here second to none (they’re already fabulous), but think about the investment and rental potential! With all of the ski slopes scheduled to be ready by 2012, tourists will be flocking to buy and stay here.
